We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Enrollment Services leader to play a key role in supporting our continued growth and success. In this unique and rewarding role, you'll lead a talented team within Centralized Enrollment Services with exciting opportunities to grow your team as we expand. You’ll travel (approximately 50% nationwide) to provide on-site leadership at existing campuses as needed and help launch new locations, ensuring a consistent and high-performing enrollment experience across our network.


As a key stakeholder in Enrollment Services leadership, you’ll help optimize processes, provide support, training, mentorship to Executive Directors of Enrollment Services, and step in to enroll students when needed to ensure goals are met.

What Does Winning Look Like?

  • Develop and execute successful national recruitment campaigns.
  • Lead the Centralized Enrollment Services team to achieve high performance, including meeting or exceeding team goals, enhancing team development, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Lead continuous improvement and training related to optimizing our CRM and increasing the student and employee experience.
  • Thought leader, always innovating, and identifying opportunities to improve enrollment processes.
  • Utilize data analytics to refine recruitment and enrollment strategies resulting in new efficiencies and positive outcomes.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with high schools, community organizations, and healthcare institutions that lead to an increase in referrals and brand recognition.

 

What You’ll Do:


The Director of Centralized Enrollment Services will be responsible for leading a centralized team of admissions advisors, traveling to campuses to support or fill in as the campus Executive Director of Enrollment Services (EDES) or admission advisor as needed, develop and facilitate training(s), serve as a mentor to enrollment services team members, optimize enrollment workflows, implement data-driven strategies to meet the College’s goals and enhance the student experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Initiatives
    • Serve as interim EDES or Admission Advisor as needed.
    • Lead the development and execution of a centralized enrollment strategy aligned with institutional goals.
    • Design and deliver training programs to enhance team performance, CRM processes, and drive continuous improvement.
    • Support CRM optimization to streamline enrollment processes.
    • Develop and execute a national enrollment strategy aligned with the College’s goals and objectives.
    • Oversee the creation and implementation of policies and procedures to scale nationally.
    • Utilize data analytics and market trends to inform recruitment strategies, assess performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Service
    • Oversee the student experience from initial contact through start, ensuring a positive and seamless process for prospective students.
    • Implement and oversee technology solutions to improve prospective student experience and maintain accurate records.
  • Leadership
    • Provide transformational leadership to the Centralized Enrollment Services team, guiding them in achieving goals and enhancing the College’s reputation.
    • Foster an innovative, collaborative, and quality-driven culture.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders such as Operations, Academics, Financial Aid, Marketing, and leadership to provide exceptional student experiences.
    • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on the Centralized Enrollment Services team's metrics, trends, and outcomes to senior leadership.

What We Need From You:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.


Must have:

  • Enrollment services experience.
  • 5+ years proven experience in metric driven leadership role, preferably in enrollment services, higher education or relationship driven sales or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated success in leading remote teams to support multiple locations leveraging a multi-modal engagement strategy.
  • Ability to travel to support campus enrollment services as needed onsite.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to deliver effective training and ongoing enrollment services support.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision making and strategic planning.
  • Proficiency in enrollment management systems, auto-dialers, CRM software, and data analysis tools.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Conext CRM experience
  • Articulate experience
