What You'll Do:

The Regional Director, Clinical Partnerships is pivotal to the growth of Arizona College of Nursing and securing clinical placements for the College’s nursing students. This role is responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships to support both new and existing markets across an assigned region of metropolitan areas. This role involves identifying and securing new partnership opportunities, fostering relationships with key healthcare partners, and identifying strategic opportunities for optimal market positioning. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying and developing national partnerships that have significant impact and contribute to the overall strategic goals of the organization.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Development and Management
    • Identify and secure value driven and collaborative clinical partnerships through virtual and face-to-face meetings, working jointly with the VP of Clinical Partnerships and Campus leadership teams
    • Develop and foster relationships with key healthcare partners to establish strong, long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships
    • Lead relationship meetings with key clinical partners, to ensure mutual success and satisfaction, share partnership highlights, and opportunities for expanded partnership
    • Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations to maximize use of contracted clinical partners
  • Strategic Planning and Internal Collaboration
    • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify regulatory challenges and opportunities in new markets.
    • Research healthcare facilities in local and national markets and maintain a database with prioritization based on available clinical experience
    • Develop and execute plans to build strategic partnerships with key healthcare partners, supporting growth initiatives through securing placements and enhancing brand visibility
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align strategies and goals including training key campus contacts on partnership development and management best practices
    • Consistently contribute to departmental improvements by identifying and implementing best practices.
  • Contract Management
    • Lead contract initiation and completion with healthcare facilities to allow students to conduct clinical hours and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Support Board of Nursing/Board of Registered Nursing applications for new campus approvals through detailed and accurate documentation

What We Need From You:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

 

Must have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software tools required (i.e., Salesforce)
  • Team player willing to share and exchange ideas
  • 5-10 years of healthcare sales experience, nursing preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills

Nice to have:

  • A master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field
  • Established network of contacts within the healthcare industry to leverage for partnership opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and think creatively to solve complex problems and develop new partnership strategies
